The Health Foundation SHINE 2014 – Awarded funding to design, implement and deliver SHAPE Programme in South Worcestershire.
The Health Foundation Spreading Improvement Award – Invitation only funding to support effective dissemination and spread best practice. Funded supported the development and marketing of the mySHAPE.org.uk website.
Economic Case for SHAPE
In January 2015 as part of the SHAPE project I completed a training course in improving nurse capability in economic assessment. This was supported and facilitated by Office of Professional Management (OPM) funded by Royal College of Nurses (RCN).
Rationale – To illustrate the total cost of setting up and running SHAPE programme identifying inputs and outputs and is based on cost avoidance rationale.
Target Audience – Commissioners of services and senior managers to prove sustainability of SHAPE and to assist other services in the setting up of a similar service.
